Our Locations
CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice is currently offered at two locations across the country. Our agency offices located in Turlock, CA serving the greater Turlock and Modesto area, and our St. Charles, IL offices serving the western and northern suburban Chicago area. Services at both locations include home health, personal care, hospice, and an array of specialty services.

For the past seven years, Andrea has been bringing compassion, comfort, and connection to patients and families during life’s most meaningful moments.
Andrea says she didn’t choose hospice, hospice chose her, and after all these years, she still wouldn’t want to be doing anything else. Whether it’s taking a patient outside for fresh air, surprising them with a favorite treat, or simply sitting and listening, Andrea brings kindness to every interaction.
