As a Ministry of the Evangelical Covenant Church, CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice celebrates God’s gift of life. We follow the Great Commandment to love and serve God and one another as taught by Jesus Christ. This compels us to affirm the dignity of each person and to pursue excellence in all that we do.
Our Locations
CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice is currently offered at two locations across the country. Our agency offices located in Turlock, CA serving the greater Turlock and Modesto area, and our St. Charles, IL offices serving the western and northern suburban Chicago area. Services at both locations include home health, personal care, hospice, and an array of specialty services.
