With services as unique as individuals, CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice offers a full array of support services all offered in the comfort, familiarity, and privacy of one’s own home. Our home care or personal care services are customized to ensure and enhance life at home. If you need homemaking assistance or help with daily activities, we’ll be there. Need medication reminders at home? Call us. Been in the hospital and need companionship to help with at-home recuperation? We can provide that, too.
Expanded At-Home Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal hygiene care
May include: bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, assistance with dressing and mobility. - Medication reminders
May include: phone calls or in-person visits. - Companionship
- Homemaker services
May include: laundry, meal preparation, light cleaning. - Transportation
- Respite care
Home Care services may be available to persons living in their own home or apartment, senior or assisted living communities.
How to Get Started
For most people, private pay, some insurance plans or Medicaid covers home care services. One of our home care professionals will assist you in answering your questions.
